Where do you ship to?

We ship across all states within the US, including PO Boxes. For military and Diplomatic mail please see instructions here: Military & Diplomatic mail

How long does delivery take?

We ask that you allow: Standard shipping: 8–10 working days Express Shipping: 2 business day delivery if placed before 1pm local time. Note: if your order is placed after 1pm local time, your order will be fulfilled the next day and delivery within 2 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

US Domestic: FREE Standard Shipping on all US orders over $60 Orders under $60: Standard shipping fee applies

Shipping to Canada: Standard International Delivery (DHL).

  • $35 USD on orders under $200.
  • $30 USD on orders $200 and above. All taxes, custom fees and import duties are covered by Medik8.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order by clicking here Track Order. During busier periods, dispatches can take slightly longer than usual.

Do you require a signature?

For the safe arrival of your order we ask for a signature for all orders. This will be delivered by DHL.

How do I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, we can't modify delivery addresses once an order is in process. To manage your delivery, sign up for carrier notifications, which may offer options for rescheduling.

I have a problem with my delivery

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but it’s not with you, please first check your usual delivery locations and ask around with family or neighbours. If the package is still not found, contact the carrier for additional details or contact our customer care team.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged by a freight forwarder?

If you have selected a freight forwarder as a delivery method, we are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels once they have been delivered to a freight forwarder. Any order issues that arise after this point should be addressed directly with the freight forwarder.
